David Ehrlich is a successful Silicon Valley executive, having held a wide range of executive roles in technology companies of various stages and sizes, and having served as a Director on a number of technology company Boards. He focus is helping companies work through product-market strategy, business model, and go-to-market challenges, as well as working with executive teams on models of leadership, communication, and culture. David is also an angel investor and advisor to very early stage technology ventures.

Most recently, David has worked with Mohr Davidow Ventures as an Executive in Residence. From early 2007 to early 2010, David was the CEO of ParAccel, an early stage leader in the analytic database field. From 2003 through 2006 he worked as NetIQ Corp., where he was the Senior Vice President, Marketing and Chief Strategy Officer. From 1999 to 2002 he worked at Visual Networks, where he was the Senior Vice President, Product Operations, Strategy, and Business Development. And from 1998 through 1999, David was the Vice President of Product Management and Business Development at Inverse Network Technology, a venture backed company sold to Visual Networks. Earlier, David was a consultant at McKinsey and Company where he played a leadership role in the firm's Telecommunications, Electronics, and Media practice in Asia.

David currently serves as the Chair of the Audit Committee for the Board of Directors of Travelzoo, Inc. (NASDAQ: TZOO), and on the on the Budget and Finance Committee of Brandeis Hillel Day School in San Francisco.

David received a BA degree in Sociology with Honors and Distinction from Stanford University, an MS degree in Industrial Engineering from Stanford University, and an MBA from the Harvard Business School.

Ken Rutsky has 20+ years of experience marketing and selling enterprise and end user technology and solutions. During Ken's tenure as VP of Product Marketing at Secure Computing, he spearheaded the company's go to market efforts, accelerating the growth of its web security business, leading to its eventual acquisition by McAfee at a 40% premium to market value. Ken has held executive roles at Intel, Netscape, where he created the Internet's first affiliate marketing program, "Netscape Now" and McAfee and ran marketing at 3 start-ups including Collation, which was acquired by IBM/Tivoli.

Richard Jones has more than 30 years of technology leadership experience. As a Vice President of Financial Services at Eccentex, he brings valuable financial industry expertise to the development of the AppBase platform. Jones is also currently a partner of Executive Integrated Solutions (EIS), a company dedicated to building Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) and collaborative computing solutions.

Jones was CIO of both Fiserv (2008, 2009) and Countrywide Financial Corp. (2000 to 2007). He was instrumental in Fiserv receiving top honors from InformationWeek in the fall of 2008. The magazine named the Fiserv IT group No. 1 in the Banking and Financial Services category and ranked Fiserv IT No.4 overall on the 2008 InformationWeek 500. This award recognizes the nation's most innovative users of technology. InformationWeek chose Fiserv as one of the top ten companies based on the company's use of services oriented architecture and its proven ability to develop and deliver innovative products and solutions.

From 2000 to 2007, Jones led Countrywide's technology efforts as their CIO. He established industry-leading technology practices, developing Countrywide's global mortgage banking software and website infrastructure, and enhancing their risk management and security capability. Jones was named CIO of the Year in the 2003 Citigroup Smith Barney CIO Award Series. The award honors CIOs who have demonstrated superiority in Increasing IT productivity while decreasing costs.

John Herdman is a licensed psychologist, a licensed alcohol and drug abuse counselor, and a certified school psychologist with over 35 years of school, military, counseling, and consulting experience.

Dr. Herdman has been a technical assistance consultant to the Office of Substance Abuse Prevention (OSAP), now the Center for Substance Abuse Prevention (CSAP). As an Air Force Reserve Officer, Lt. Col. Herdman had been instrumental in helping the Air Force with their drug and alcohol counselor certification and was a board member to the International Certification and Reciprocity Consortium (ICRC/AODA). He served as secretary of the IC&RC for two terms. Dr. Herdman has all three of his degrees from Penn State University with additional course work completed at the University of South Florida and the University of Nebraska.

David Nachman is a successful technology industry executive, having served in a wide range of roles as an executive, investor and consultant focused on developing and executing effective growth strategies.

David currently advises a number of growth stage technology companies and works closely with Marlin Equity Partners in assessing potential growth equity investments. Previously, David served as CEO of Phoenix Energy Technologies, a pioneering and high growth energy management company. Prior to joining Phoenix Energy Technologies, David was one of the early senior executives at HireRight, Inc., where he was responsible for Marketing, Product Management, Business Development and Strategy. In this role, David drove the product and marketing strategy, as well as the channel strategy that resulted in alliance partners such as Oracle, PeopleSoft, SAP, Taleo, SuccessFactors, IBM, Accenture, and Monster, and led to revenue growth from $3m in 2000 to over $200m in 2008 . He also played a leadership role in HireRight’s successful 2007 IPO.

Prior to HireRight, David was a Senior Engagement Manager at McKinsey & Company, and worked as an investment banker at Donaldson, Lufkin & Jenrette, and Kidder, Peabody & Company. He received an MBA from the University of Chicago (with honors) and a BA, Magna Cum Laude, from UCLA.

Mr. Stiler is the Chief Investment Officer and Portfolio Manager for the SoundBrook Opportunity Fund. From 1998 to 2008, Mr. Stiler was a Partner and Portfolio Manager for the Greylock Global Opportunity Fund, an emerging markets debt fund. Prior to Greylock, Mr. Stiler worked in emerging markets at Lazard Frères Asset Management in a group that started one of the first local currency emerging market funds. Mr. Stiler also worked at BlackRock Financial Management and has over 12 years of experience in emerging markets. Mr. Stiler received an MBA from the NYU Stern School of Business and received his BS in Finance from NYU as well.
