Jack Aizenstein

Jack Aizenstein brings more than 15 years experience in healthcare-IT, business development and marketing to this position. Mr. Aizenstein was the founder and CEO of MedicalSupplyGroup (acquired by Access Diabetic a subsidiary of Owns and Minor (NYSE: OMI)), a company specializing in online distribution of healthcare equipment. At MedicalSupplyGroup, Mr. Aizenstein was responsible for sales, strategic planning, marketing and business development. He previously worked at Knoll Pharmaceuticals (acquired by Abbott Labs (NYSE:ABT)) and Datamax Technologies, where he was a director of sales and marketing to the healthcare vertical. Mr. Aizenstein holds a B.S. degree in Biochemistry from State University of New York at Stony Brook.

Andrew Intrater

Mr. Intrater is CEO and Senior Managing Partner of Columbus Nova, a private investment firm with offices in New York, Los Angeles and Charlotte, where he has held this position since Columbus Nova’s inception in January 2000.  Columbus Nova manages in excess of $2 billion of investor capital and debt in a variety of credit and private equity businesses. In his role as head of Columbus Nova’s private equity effort, he completed a $51-million equity/debt investment in 2005 for a controlling stake in Moscow CableCom, the Moscow-based broadband MSO.  He served as Chairman of the Board of this NASDAQ-listed company help realizing a gain of over 250% in share price before the company was sold to the controlling shareholder.

Prior to Columbus Nova, Mr. Intrater served for 15 years as President and Chief Operating Officer of Oryx Technology Inc., a scientific test equipment and advanced materials design and manufacturing company, headquartered in San Jose, CA.  While at Oryx, he led the company’s 1994 IPO and oversaw two strategic acquisitions, including the purchase of Zenith’s power converter division.   Mr. Intrater also serves on the Board of Directors for HQ Sustainable Maritime Industries, Inc., a leading farmed fish producer in China.   Mr. Intrater completed his B.S. in Chemical Engineering at the Rutgers University College of Engineering and graduate studies in Materials Science at the Columbia University School of Mines.

Alexandre Okmianski

Mr. Okmianski has significant experience in management of venture enterprises as well as in R&D, high-tech and engineering. After graduating from Omsk State University (Russia), he started his professional career as a high school teacher, then engineer, senior engineer and chief engineer of Design Bureau ‘Karat’, Omsk, Russia. In 1990 he founded a Siberian Association for Promotion of International Economic Relations (SAPIER) that embraced and supported 18 companies of various areas of business. During 1990-1996, SAPIER made a significant impact in facilitating international business contacts between local and American businessmen and companies. That helped him to gain invaluable experience in building a variety of joint ventures with highest quality possible and, at the same time, with very limited resources within a tight period of time. He acquired there another valuable experience of managing a large group of very talented and diverse people such as outstanding scientists, promising businessmen and staff members.

After moving to the United States in 1996, Mr. Okmianski served as Vice President of Nixxon Chemical Group, Inc. San Francisco, until 1998. In 1999, he established and is currently leading Open Space Association, a non-profit organization with a main purpose of promoting advanced space technologies mostly developed in Russia, to the United States of America. Since 2001 he is serving as a partner and Director of Development of AddGlobe, LLC. Mr. Okmianski earned his Master's Degree in Physics from Omsk State University, Russia.

Alex Stein

Prior to his appointment as CEO, Alex Stein has had a long and successful career in the technology and business process automation. Mr. Stein's mission at Eccentex is to lead the company with the goal to deliver cutting-edge, multi-featured and affordable solutions to organizations and professionals enabling significant reductions in operating costs and increasing efficiency.

As one of the early pioneers of business process optimization and document management technologies, Mr. Stein has co-founded Datamax in 1992. Datamax has consistently grown and delivered comprehensive IT solutions to organizations around the world. Mr. Stein holds a B.S. degree in Computer Science from Northeastern University.

Len Tokar

Mr. Tokar has more than 20 years of experience in technology delivery and meeting clients' unique needs. Mr. Tokar is responsible for driving company operations to ensure that business processes are efficient and effective. At Exigen, he served as a Director of Board since 2000 and was responsible for delivery of client implementation on-value and on-time. Prior to Exigen, he was a co-founder and Executive Vice President of Datamax, responsible for business development, customer delivery and strategic partnerships with companies such as Hewlett-Packard and EDS. Mr. Tokar holds a Master’s Degree in Electrical Engineering.
