Mr. Stein's mission at Eccentex is to lead the company in delivering cutting-edge, multi-featured and affordable solutions to organizations and professionals enabling significant reductions in operating costs and increasing efficiency.
Prior to Eccentex, Alex was CEO and co-founder of Datamax Technologies. As one of the early pioneers in business process management (BPM) and document management technologies, Datamax has consistently grown and delivered cutting edge comprehensive BPM solutions to organizations around the world. Datamax was acquired by Exigen Group in 2000.
From 2000 to 2006, Alex held an executive position at Exigen Group, where he oversaw strategy, definition, execution and go-to-market plans of Exigen products to the government sector. Exigen grew to $70M in revenue.

Mr. Tokar has more than 20 years of experience in technology delivery and meeting clients' unique needs. Mr. Tokar is responsible for driving company operations to ensure that business processes are efficient and effective. At Exigen, he served as a Director of Board since 2000 and was responsible for delivery of client implementation on-value and on-time. Prior to Exigen, he was a co-founder and Executive Vice President of Datamax, responsible for business development, customer delivery and strategic partnerships with companies such as Hewlett-Packard and EDS. Mr. Tokar holds a Master’s Degree in Electrical Engineering.

Bix KroenerVice President, Sales |
Bix Kroener has more than 25 years experience in software sales management, bringing with him skills acquired in the course of front-line leadership with companies at the leading edge of the software industry.
Mr. Kroener joins Eccentex from Docupace Technologies, Inc., where for the past four years has served as Vice President, Sales and Marketing. During that time he built a team of highly experienced and dedicated people who successfully developed a Software as a Service, On Demand Document Management and Workflow Management Business Model that was focused principally on the Financial Services Industry. Today Docupace is an Industry leader in selling and installing complex Independent Broker/Dealer Systems that now service thousands of Registered Representatives and Registered Investment Advisors across the US.
Prior to joining Docupace Technologies, Mr. Kroener served as the first North American General Sales Manager at Datamax Technologies and subsequently the Exigen Group, a business process outsourcing enterprise delivering solutions for the Financial Services, Insurance and Telecommunications Industries. In the first year of business, the National Exigen Sales Team sold and installed $18M of software sales. Prior to Exigen, Mr. Kroener was Executive Vice President of Field Operations at Adaptive Information Systems, a new venture Hitachi software company, where he developed a nationwide sales organization that generated over $40M in both Document Management software license and annuity-based revenue in the first year of operation. Prior to Adaptive Information Systems, Mr. Kroener was initially Director of Marketing, and later General Sales Manager for Wang Laboratories’ Western Region. During his tenure at Wang Laboratories, he spearheaded the Company’s sale of Electronic Document Management (“EDM”) and Imaging, and under his sales leadership, Wang’s Western Region drove over $200M in new EDM revenue in Wang’s first year of the EDM product announcement.
Mr. Kroener started his business career at IBM and remained at the Company for over 20 years. He held positions in sales and sales management, finance industry marketing management, product marketing management and branch management in IBM’s Data Processing and Enterprise Systems sales organizations. Mr. Kroener holds a B.S. degree in Finance, and a M.B.A. degree in Marketing from the University of Detroit.

Richard JonesVice President, Financial Services |
Richard Jones has more than 30 years of technology leadership experience. He is currently a partner of Executive Integrated Solutions (EIS), a company dedicated to building Software-As-A-Service (SaaS) and collaborative computing solutions. Jones is currently working on software development projects for EIS and Eccentex and acting in an advisory role in the development of the AppBase product suite.
Jones was CIO of both Fiserv (2008, 2009) and Countrywide Financial Corp. (2000 to 2007). He was instrumental in Fiserv receiving top honors from InformationWeek in the fall of 2008. The magazine named the Fiserv IT group No. 1 in the Banking and Financial Services category and ranked Fiserv IT No.4 overall on the 2008 InformationWeek 500. This award recognizes the nation’s most innovative users of technology. InformationWeek chose Fiserv as one of the top ten companies based on the company’s use of services oriented architecture and its proven ability to develop and deliver innovative products and solutions.
From 2000 to 2007, Jones led Countrywide’s technology efforts as their CIO. He established industry-leading technology practices, developing Countrywide’s global mortgage banking software and website infrastructure, and enhancing their risk management and security capability. Jones was named CIO of the Year in the 2003 Citigroup Smith Barney CIO Award Series. The award honors CIOs who have demonstrated superiority in Increasing IT productivity while decreasing costs.

Jack AizensteinVice President, Marketing, Co-Founder |
Jack Aizenstein brings more than 15 years experience in healthcare-IT, business development and marketing to this position. Mr. Aizenstein was the founder and CEO of MedicalSupplyGroup (acquired by Access Diabetic a subsidiary of Owns and Minor (NYSE: OMI)), a company specializing in online distribution of healthcare equipment. At MedicalSupplyGroup, Mr. Aizenstein was responsible for sales, strategic planning, marketing and business development. He previously worked at Knoll Pharmaceuticals (acquired by Abbott Labs (NYSE:ABT)) and Datamax Technologies, where he was a director of sales and marketing to the healthcare vertical. Mr. Aizenstein holds a B.S. degree in Biochemistry from State University of New York at Stony Brook.

John Herdman, Ph.D.Vice President, Social Services Division |
John Herdman is a licensed psychologist, a licensed alcohol and drug abuse counselor, and a certified school psychologist with over 35 years of school, military, counseling, and consulting experience.
Dr. Herdman has been a technical assistance consultant to the Office of Substance Abuse Prevention (OSAP), now the Center for Substance Abuse Prevention (CSAP). As an Air Force Reserve Officer, Lt. Col. Herdman had been instrumental in helping the Air Force with their drug and alcohol counselor certification and was a board member to the International Certification and Reciprocity Consortium (ICRC/AODA). He served as secretary of the IC&RC for two terms. Dr. Herdman has all three of his degrees from Penn State University with additional course work completed at the University of South Florida and the University of Nebraska.

Igor Duvidson, Ph.D.Vice President of Engineering |
Dr. Duvidson brings to the company 20+ years of experience in Enterprise Business Software Development and Customer Support in the area of business process and document management. His mission in Eccentex is to lead the company’s software development team to deliver world class Platform as a Service software product AppBase.
Prior to joining Eccentex Corporation, Dr. Duvidson had a successful career as a CTO of Datamax, one of pioneers in the business process and document management market. His responsibilities encompassed architectural design, development management and customer support of the company’s software product VisiFLOW. The product proved to be successful in serving customer needs for various markets, such as Education, Insurance and Banking. Mr. Duvidson holds a Ph.D. in Mechanical Engineering from the Ukraine University of Technology.

Jonathan GoldsteinDirector of Business Development |
Mr. Goldstein brings more than 15 years of experience in IT consulting, sales and marketing to the Eccentex team. Prior to joining Eccentex, Mr. Goldstein was the 1st VP, Systems Analysis at Countrywide Financial Corporation where he directed the Enterprise Systems Program Management Office and directed all project management and systems analysis activities for central IT. Prior to Countrywide, Mr. Goldstein was a Solution Manager for Exigen Group where he managed pre-sales solution definition, process improvement consulting and solution delivery for clients in the Financial Services and Government sectors.
Mr. Goldstein holds a B.B.A in Information Systems from the George Washington University and earned a PMP designation from the Project Management Institute. He is an MBA candidate at Southern Methodist University.

Mrs. Bogdanova brings to the company 15 years of experience in most aspects of Solution Delivery. At Eccentex, Mrs. Bogdanova is responsible for the Professional Services team, successful delivery of quality projects on time and in scope. Mrs. Bogdanova has extensive experience in managing customer delivery projects of various scales and in different verticals, including all aspects of project management. She brings to the company strong methodology and processes for project implementation and successful delivery, as well as extensive expertise in the IT technology, including solution architecture, business analysis and development.
Mrs. Bogdanova holds an MS degree in Computer Technology and a PMP designation from the Project Management Institute.
