The Eccentex management team is an assembly of innovative, seasoned professionals. Its leaders have represented many of the largest and most well-respected businesses in the world.


Alex Stein



A 20+ year high-tech expert with extensive knowledge in business process automation, Alex has a strong track record of successful business leadership, building organizations that have achieved, and sustained, long-term growth and profitability.


Mr. Stein’s mission at Eccentex is to lead the company in delivering cutting-edge, multi-featured and affordable solutions to organizations and professionals enabling significant reductions in operating costs and increasing efficiency.


Prior to Eccentex, Alex was CEO and co-founder of Datamax Technologies. As one of the early pioneers in business process management (BPM) and document management technologies, Datamax has consistently grown and delivered cutting edge comprehensive BPM solutions to organizations worldwide. Datamax was acquired by Exigen Group in 2000.


From 2000 to 2006, Alex held an executive position at Exigen Group, where he oversaw strategy, definition, execution and go-to-market plans of Exigen products to the government sector. Exigen grew to $70M in revenue.


Len Tokar



Mr. Tokar has more than 20 years of experience in technology delivery and meeting clients’ unique needs. Mr. Tokar is responsible for driving company operations to ensure that business processes are efficient and effective. At Exigen, he served as a Director of the Board since 2000 and was responsible for delivery of client implementation on-value and on-time. Prior to Exigen, he was a co-founder and Executive Vice President of Datamax, responsible for business development, customer delivery and strategic partnerships with companies such as Hewlett-Packard and EDS. Mr. Tokar holds a Master’s Degree in Electrical Engineering.


Burr Dalton



Burr brings more than twenty years of diverse financial experience to Eccentex. As CFO, he has launched or facilitated the growth of multiple technology-driven businesses, leading corporate finance, accounting, tax and legal activities and raising capital to fund operations from both institutional and individual investors. In addition, Burr has more than a dozen years of experience as an investment banker, advising and raising debt and equity capital for both small, closely-held businesses and large, publicly-traded corporations. Burr is a CPA and began his career as an auditor with Ernst & Young. He holds an MBA from Duke University and an Accounting degree from the University of Southern California.


Jacob Dreyband



Jacob Dreyband is an Executive Information Technology Professional with over 20 years of experience in the areas of SOA, SaaS, Cloud Computing, global system architecture, product development, project management and software development management. In the course of his professional career Jacob successfully authored, developed and delivered to the market a range of innovative and competitive products in the area of middleware and large scale distributed systems for both enterprise and embedded solutions. Those products were successfully licensed to many companies including Philips and Cisco.


Brian Anderson



Brian Anderson brings more than 25 years of global enterprise software and industry experience, most recently serving as chief marketing officer at BeyondTrust where he was responsible for all aspects of corporate brand development, as well as lead demand generation to increase awareness and interest in all customer and investor segments. He has a track record for award-winning branding and product launches, as well as inbound and outbound marketing models to low-touch, scalable, measureable, and predictable results. Anderson is a frequent industry spokesperson and a published author.


Prior to BeyondTrust, Anderson served as a serially successful CMO for several venture-funded companies and senior executive at publicly traded companies. At Siderean Software, his branding efforts garnered rave reviews and numerous awards. At Avamar Technologies, his leadership resulted in a huge revenue increase and numerous awards. Avamar was subsequently acquired by EMC. Prior to Avamar, Anderson was program director of marketing for IBM Tivoli Security and Storage, after successfully building industry leader Access360′s brand and sales pipeline and positioning for a sale to IBM in 2002. Anderson also served as CMO of HNC Software, and for seven years prior to HNC at FileNet Corporation, culminating in his role as vice president of worldwide corporate marketing. He received his Bachelor of Science degree in computer science from the University of New Orleans.
