Gartner Positions Eccentex in the Visionaries Quadrant for BPM-Platform-Based Case Management Frameworks

LOS ANGELES, Nov. 30, 2016 /PRNewswire/ — Eccentex Corporation, a leading provider of software-as-a-service (SaaS) and BPM platform-as-a-service (PaaS) applications for Dynamic Case Management (DCM), today announced it has been positioned by Gartner, Inc. in the Visionaries quadrant of the October 2016 “Magic Quadrant for BPM-Platform-Based Case Management Frameworks.”

Gartner’s Magic Quadrant positions players in major technology markets. This report evaluated AppBASE 5.4, DCM Application 5.0 and solutions in Eccentex’s AppLibrary.

Gartner noted, “Visionaries align with Gartner’s view of how a market will evolve, but they can have fewer proven capabilities and customers to demonstrate delivery against that vision. For vendors and customers, Visionaries often are seen as higher risk/higher reward. They often introduce new technology, services or business models, but may need to build financial strength, service and support, and sales and distribution channels.

Gartner’s criteria for completeness of vision includes business model, innovation, and market understanding, which we believe aligns with Eccentex’s business strategy, as well as marketing strategy, sales strategy, offering (product) strategy, vertical/industry strategy and geographic strategy. The criteria for ability to execute includes product or service, overall viability, sales execution/pricing, market responsiveness/record, marketing execution, customer experience, and operations.

“We are honored to be included in Gartner’s ‘Visionaries’ quadrant for a second time, and view this as further validation of our focus on continuous innovation, and improving the business performance of our customers through cloud-based DCM technology,” said Alex Stein, Founder and Chief Executive Officer for Eccentex. “By continuing to provide advanced, cost-effective DCM solutions, Eccentex will further enhance its market scope and industry position.”
