Glen E. Schrank most recently was President and CEO of HireRight, a Software as a Service (SaaS) company. As a member of the executive team, he contributed to growing HireRight from $ 20M to $ 182M in revenue, launching a successful IPO on NASDAQ, and getting acquired for approximately 25X EBITDA.
Prior to HireRight, Mr. Schrank spent more than 25 years in leadership roles in a variety of technology-based businesses, including 15 years at IBM where he served as a Business Unit Executive with P&L responsibility. He also served as Vice President of Sales at i2 Technologies, a company providing supply chain management solutions including offerings in enterprise software, SaaS, and outsourced services. Glen's leadership experience also includes serving as Business Development Director for SPSS, a provider of predictive analytics software and solutions, and VP of Sales for Creative Multimedia, an internet/intranet company providing a platform for content delivery.
Mr. Schrank holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Mathematics from the University of California at Los Angeles (UCLA) and an MBA from the University of Southern California (USC). He is a faculty lecturer on Growth Strategies and Entrepreneurship for the MBA program at the University of California Irvine (UCI), Paul Merage School of Business.

As one of the early pioneers in business process management (BPM) and document management technologies, Datamax has consistently grown and delivered cutting edge comprehensive BPM solutions to organizations worldwide. Datamax was acquired by Exigen Group in 2000.
From 2000 to 2006, Alex held an executive position at Exigen Group, where he oversaw strategy, definition, execution and go-to-market plans of Exigen products to the government sector. Exigen grew to $70M in revenue.
Mr. Tokar has more than 20 years of experience in technology delivery and meeting clients' unique needs. Mr. Tokar is responsible for driving company operations to ensure that business processes are efficient and effective. At Exigen, he served as a Director of the Board since 2000 and was responsible for delivery of client implementation on-value and on-time. Prior to Exigen, he was a co-founder and Executive Vice President of Datamax, responsible for business development, customer delivery and strategic partnerships with companies such as Hewlett-Packard and EDS. Mr. Tokar holds a Master’s Degree in Electrical Engineering.
Bix Kroener has 25 years experience in senior sales and marketing management, acquired in the course of front-line leadership with companies at the leading edge of the software industry.
Bix joined Eccentex from Docupace Technologies where he served as Vice President of Sales and Marketing. During his tenure he built a team of experienced professionals who developed a SaaS, On Demand Electronic Document Management (EDM) and Workflow Business Model that focused on the Finance Industry. Today Docupace is an industry leader in selling and installing complex Independent Broker/Dealer Systems that now service thousands of Registered Representatives and Registered Investment Advisors across the US.
Prior to Docupace, Bix served as the first North American General Sales Manager at Datamax Technologies and the Exigen Group, a business process outsourcing enterprise delivering solutions to the Finance, Insurance and Public Sector Verticals. In the first year of operations, the Sales Team sold and installed $18M of EDM software. Prior to Exigen, Bix was Executive Vice President of Field Operations at Adaptive Information Systems, a new venture Hitachi software company, where a national sales organization was developed that generated over $40M in both EDM licenses and annuity-based revenue in the first year of operation. Prior to Adaptive, Bix was General Sales Manager for Wang Laboratories’ Western Region. At Wang, Bix spearheaded the region’s sale of EDM and Imaging, and under his leadership, the Western region closed over $200M in new EDM revenue in Wang’s first year of product sales.
Bix started his business career at IBM and remained with the company for over 15 years. He held senior positions in sales and marketing management in the finance industry, product marketing and branch management in IBM’s Data Processing and Enterprise Systems divisions. Bix holds a BS degree in Finance, and an MBA degree in Marketing from the University of Detroit.
Jacob Dreyband is an Executive Information Technology Professional with over 20 years of experience in the areas of SOA, SaaS, Cloud Computing, global system architecture, product development, project management and software development management. In the course of his professional career Jacob successfully authored, developed and delivered to the market a range of innovative and competitive products in the area of middleware and large scale distributed systems for both enterprise and embedded solutions. Those products were successfully licensed to many companies including Philips and Cisco.
